Born and raised in Hamilton, ON. Attended Hill Park Secondary where I was introduced to my wife and computers, some forty years ago, and today, they are my two passions in life. I attended McMaster University where I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Mathematics, majoring in Computer Science. I began a career at Stelco Inc in 1973. Worked in several departments within the plant until I transferred to Welland in 1986 where I worked as a programmer analyst in the Industrial Engineering of Page Hersey Works. In 1993, I was transferred to the Welland Tube Works, later to be renamed Welland Pipe Ltd. After 31 years of service, I retired in 2004. Now I spend my time volunteering, sitting on committees and assisting others with computer related problems and of course there is always that honey-do list that needs attention!
